Drop Request

This form is for students wishing to drop a course before the add/drop date. If the add/drop date has already passed, students must complete a Course Withdrawal Request form.

Course Withdrawal

This form is for students wishing to drop a course after the add/drop date, but before the withdrawal deadline. If the withdrawal deadline has already passed, the request is not valid. If a student chooses to withdraw from the university completely, they must complete the University Withdrawal form. IMPORTANT: If you have accepted any financial aid, withdrawing from a course (or multiple) can have substantial impacts. Read this before you proceed.
