Want to skip the wait?
Most of our support requests are for Self-Service password resets and account unlocks. If you want to skip the wait, you can manage your own password with MyPass! Set up an account (under "Edit my Profile") and if you ever get locked out or need to reset your password, you won't have to request IT support. Note: If you just want to change your password (not reset it), that should be done in Self-Service, not MyPass.
