Spring 2018 Commencement Ceremony
A warm Mustang welcome to all USW Graduates, families and friends. The Jack and Mabel Maddox Student Life Center (MLSC) will open one hour prior to the ceremony for line up and check in.
Family and friends you have all played an important role in helping our students reach their educational goals. We hope that you will join us to celebrate this important event.
Guests attending the ceremony do not need to purchase tickets and seating is available on a first come, first serve basis.
Commencement ceremonies are held in May. The University of the Southwest Commencement Ceremony will take place Saturday, May 19, 2018 at 10:00 am in the Jack and Mabel Maddox Student Life Center (MLSC). All Undergraduate and Graduate students are invited to attend the Saturday Commencement Ceremony.
Candidates for graduation should arrive 1 hour prior to the beginning of the ceremony.
The ceremony will last approximately 2 hours.
Graduation is a multiple step process that must be completed in order to have your degree awarded. This website is a tool to navigating the Graduation process and attending the Commencement Ceremony.
